Return Policy – Claire Vancouver
At Claire Vancouver, we do our best to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
However, you may wish to return an item.
This document clearly and simply explains our return policy.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return only after you have physically received the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international postage, customs duties, or import fees.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and brand labels still attached.
You are allowed to try on an item to check the size; wearing it beyond that is not permitted.
Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is strongly discouraged and may be refused if items are not returned in a resellable condition or if abuse is suspected — without affecting your legal rights.
Additionally, items purchased during a promotional sale, special offer, or “unique sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or full refund.
These special sales are offered under limited and advantageous conditions and therefore do not qualify for the same return terms as regular sales.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email info@clairevancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.
We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China) along with detailed packing instructions.
You must return the item at your own expense, including all customs duties, taxes, or international courier fees.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (Track & Trace) and keeping proof of postage.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected at the return address, we will process a refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Refunds cover the product price (and, where applicable, the initial standard delivery fee in accordance with the law).
Return shipping fees, customs duties, and import charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact info@clairevancouver.com within 48 hours of delivery,
including your order number and clear photos of the item.
We will prioritise a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Responsibility and Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for lost parcels where the carrier’s tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, this remains the customer’s responsibility.
Address errors must be reported to info@clairevancouver.com within 24 hours of placing the order so that we can attempt to correct it before dispatch (without guarantee).
